How to Use This Book
There are three basic ways that you can use this book:
- If you’re just curious, you may casually read it as you would any other book.
- If you want to learn the principles and use them for insight and guidance, you might want to read this book slowly; perhaps one chapter per day. You might even want to re-read any given chapter that seems particularly relevant to you.
- If you wish to use this book to assist you in making significant changes in your life, you might want to read the book even more slowly (about three months) and do the daily exercises as recommended.
