Dr. Scarfalloto brings 28 years of experience to his work as a healer and teacher, including 20 years as a chiropractor. He received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Life College in 1984. He specializes in low-force chiropractic for the relief of chronic pain, stiffness, headaches and rehabilitation from auto accidents and work related injuries. The chiropractic techniques that he uses have also been shown to be effective in helping individuals with internal conditions, such as asthma, indigestion, menstrual difficulties and high blood pressure.

Dr. Rudy Scarfalloto is also the head of the Anatomy and Physiology and Nutrition department at ASHA Massage School. He designed the Anatomy and Physiology course and Nutrition course taught at ASHA. His other teaching interests include two seminars for massage therapists and other body workers called Visceral Technique, and Muscle Testing for Body Therapists. For a full description of these and other classes taught by Dr Scarfalloto, see Seminars and Classes.

In addition to his chiropractic practice and teaching, Dr. Scarfalloto also writes. His life-long fascination with the workings of the mind and body lead to the writing and publishing of his first book, The Alchemy of Opposites. It is a self-help/psychology book that addresses the harmonizing of opposites within the individual, and how this leads to mental clarity, emotional serenity and vibrant health. His second book, Cultivating Inner Harmony is a home-study course designed to support the reader in applying the principles described in The Alchemy of Opposites.
